Venture’s 2nd Annual Milestone Awards
On October 8, 2026, Venture gathered at The Barn in Sturbridge, MA, for our 2nd Annual Milestone Awards Event, a special morning dedicated to celebrating the incredible employees who make our mission possible every day.
This year’s event recognized employees celebrating 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years of service with Venture. It was inspiring to see so many dedicated individuals who have been part of the Venture family for so many years.
Our employees are the heart of our organization, and their commitment, compassion, and hard work have made a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals we support. We are incredibly grateful for their years of service and the many contributions they have made.
Honoring Outstanding Leadership: The Armand Carpentier Award
This year, we were also proud to bring back the Armand Carpentier Award, recognizing employees who demonstrate exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment to Venture’s mission.
Special congratulations to Laryssa Truesdale and Jason Mador, this year’s award recipients! Both were recognized for their outstanding leadership, unwavering commitment to the individuals we support, and the positive impact they continue to make throughout our organization.
