Autism & CBDS Program

The Venture Advancement Center provides individualized programs for adults with autism and intellectual disabilities, focused on building independence, skills, and meaningful connections to work and community.

Autism Supports – Serving young adults 18+ with autism through clinical support, career exploration, job coaching, and skill development that build confidence and prepare participants for greater independence and meaningful employment.

Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS) – Serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through community engagement, volunteering, wellness activities, and skill development based on each person’s goals and interests.

What We Offer

  • Clinical Support – Individualized, ABA-informed services that strengthen social, emotional, self-regulation, and workplace skills.
  • Employment Training – Career exploration, resume building, job searches, applications, interview preparation, and other skills that prepare individuals for employment.
  • Job Coaching– Personalized support in the workplace to help individuals learn job responsibilities, build confidence, strengthen workplace skills, and become more independent on the job.
  • Community Engagement – Volunteer opportunities, wellness activities, life skills development, social experiences, and meaningful involvement in the community.
