If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased you can return it and or request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt dated within 7 days or less from the original purchase date.
Products willonly be exchanged for a replacement; customer is responsible for paying any difference in value or additional shipping costs. Any difference owed by Venture Community Services will be issued in the form of a refund to credit card used for purchase or a corporate check. All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise or class / training were purchased on.
All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check date had cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a check mailed from our Corporate Office.
