Turning Purpose into Action. A Year of Progress, Advocacy and Partnership.
Our 2025 Annual Report, Turning Purpose Into Action, reflects a powerful year of progress, advocacy, and partnership at Venture. As we celebrated our 50th anniversary, we honored how far we’ve come, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through more than 70 programs in over 30 communities. At the same time, we continued to advocate fiercely for equity, inclusion, and a stronger human services system. From amplifying the voices of the people we support to strengthening community partnerships and investing in our workforce, this year’s impact was made possible by the dedication of our staff, the trust of families, and the generosity of our supporters. Together, we are building a future where everyone has the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
