We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us at Oakholm Farm in Brookfield, MA to celebrate 50 years of making a difference together 
From the delicious food trucks and lively games to the unforgettable live music and shared memories, it was a perfect way to honor our past and look forward to the future. Your presence made the day truly special!
